Order Processing & Shipping
Production typically takes 2-4 business days from approval to shipment. We’ll email you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Note that if we require an alternative photo, this may extend the timeline.
You’ll receive your design preview within 24 hours of placing your order. The quicker you give us the green light, the sooner we can begin production. If we don’t receive approval within 3 days, we’ll automatically proceed with printing.
Standard delivery times are:
- United States: 6-10 business days
- Canada: 10-14 business days
- United Kingdom: 10-20 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you accidentally enter a P.O. Box address, we’ll reach out to get an alternative delivery location.
No – shipping is complimentary on every order.

Most orders ship together, but depending on your items, we may send multiple packages.
We process all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others.
Order Issues
We’ll absolutely make it right. Here’s what to do:
- Send an email to support@facepjs.com
- Include your full name, email, and order number (if available)
- Attach photos showing the damage
Let’s solve this together:
- Check with nearby neighbors – packages are sometimes left with them. Review any doorbell camera footage if available.
- Email us with your name, email, phone number, and order details. Share any additional information that might help.
- We’ll investigate with the shipping carrier immediately.
- You’ll receive options from us (replacement order or full refund)
Refunds & Returns
Once your have approved your proof, we cannot make any changes.
Due to the custom nature of our service/product, and fast turnaround times, we do not offer refunds. Once our artists get started on your proof you will not be able to receive a refund.
Photo Requirements & Quality
The best photos are high-resolution, well-lit, and show the face clearly from the front. Avoid blurry images, extreme close-ups that cut off parts of the face, or photos with heavy shadows. We can work with most backgrounds since they’ll be removed during design.
Absolutely! Just let us know if you want all faces included or specify which person should be featured.
Our design team is skilled at working with various photo qualities. If your image won’t work for printing, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to request a better photo.
We accept all common formats including JPG, PNG, and HEIC files from your phone or camera.
We offer a full range of sizes styles. You’ll see all available options during checkout.
Yes! You’ll receive a design proof within 24 hours showing exactly how your face pajamas will appear.
Your photo will be professionally edited to remove the background and optimized for fabric printing, creating a fun and eye-catching design.
Yes, we use high-quality, comfortable fabrics that are durable and maintain their print quality wash after wash.
